Delivery is subject to the availability of factory stock.
When you order with us you will be prompted to specify your preferred delivery addresses. You will be advised by email whether your address falls outside of a delivery area. Delivery areas are; South Africa only.
Expect up to 7 working days after dispatch date (dispatch date being the day after order was placed) for delivery in most cases.
For verification purposes, our delivery company will be entitled to require the person accepting delivery at the delivery address to produce a form of identification. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to check the status of your order once delivery has been effected.
Any person other than yourself who receives the goods at the delivery address is conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
Should no one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the goods will be returned to the courier company and a notice will be left at the delivery address to this effect. You will be required to contact your local courier agency to make new arrangements for delivery or collection.
Rand Outfitters reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fees should it be required to make a further delivery if no one is at the delivery address to receive the goods.
You are required to ensure that you or an authorised person shall be in attendance at the delivery address during the agreed delivery slot and that appropriate access will be made available to the delivery company.
On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name as against a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt of the delivery.
Should you require us to make delivery to any person or address other than a registered delivery address, for instance, a neighbour, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or for any discrepancy in the order.
If your shoes are the wrong size (i.e. you ordered a size that doesn’t fit you) you can send them back to be replaced. If the correct size is in stock we will ship the correct size out to you. You shall be responsible for the cost of this second delivery service.
Follow the 3 simple steps below if you are unsure of your shoe size:
1. Place a piece of paper on the ground and stand on it with your weight slightly forward to ensure your foot is flat.
2. Draw a line behind your heel and another line in front of your longest toe. It’s common to have one foot longer than the other! use the longer foot to measure.
3. Measure the distance between the two lines in centimeters and find your measurement on the size chart below to find your best fit. Round up if your size falls in between.
10 Days Free Returns Policy
You can return items for credit or cash refund free of charge, provided:
• You return the item within 10 days of delivery
• The item is in a re-sellable condition
You are requested to return items without any undue delay. Rand Outfitters reserves the right to reject returns 14 days after the delivery date.

If an item is returned due to an error on our side we will remedy the error at our cost (e.g defect,wrong size etc )
When arranging for returns you will be required to enter the information requested, including the particular item/s being returned and the reason for its return. Only products purchased on our site may be returned in this manner. No items of footwear that have been worn, damaged, soiled or ripped will be accepted for replacement. ALL items are checked by Rand Outfitters staff for visible factory defects before shipment is made to you. Once Rand Outfitters has the goods in its possession and is satisfied with the condition of the goods (i.e. that they are not in a used state) then they will effect a credit in the case of a refund via electronic banking. In the case of a swap out for another size, Rand Outfitters will ship the new size to your designated address once payment for delivery has been received
